Day of Coordination
Every bride and every event are different, packages can be customized for your specific needs.
A few of the things I can do!
I can help you create a timeline for the day.
I can confirm your vendors for the day.
I can attend your rehearsal and help coordinate both the rehearsal day and ceremony day.
For the ceremony I will help direct the gentlemen as to what they are supposed to do, seating etc. Along with anyone handing out programs.
When it comes to the day, I show up with a suitcase filled with lots of goodies in case something needs to be fixed.
I can set up or break down anything at the ceremony location or at the reception.
My general intention is to take all the stress off your hands for the day. I will deal with any issues that may arise this way you can enjoy your day.
There are two types of Day of Coordinators (DOC):
#1: Short day, usually starts a few hours before the ceremony and continues until you are departing the ceremony for the reception.
#2: All day, continues through to the end of the reception, (This is the one that cost more). Depending on if you have any other staff taking care of things, as well as the number of guests will depend on if I need an assistant or not.
From setup, breakdown, coordination of vendors, it all depends on and the level of involvement. I charge $500 to $2500 depending on the extent of DOC that you will need.
